    5 min low carb corned beef meal

    Due to the fact that I don't like to spent to much time in the kitchen I figured out a fast and super low carb meal with hight cals.

    1. 300g corned beef
    2. 1egg
    3. Feta cheese
    4. Pickled cucumber

    Fry corned beef and egg. Add some feta and cucumber.
    There u go. Quite high in cals.

    Let me know what u think.
    Approx: kh5, 800 cal, 50g fat, 95g prot
