Hello guys, im new to this forum so if im posting in the wrong place please forgive me. Anyway, I am 16 years old and i go gym 5 times a week. I am 1.72cm tall and i weight about 68-69kg. My goal is to go to the gym and become stronger, but also to look as aesthetically amazing as possible. I want to look ripped. I would like to ask you guys whats the best programs for this kind of stuff. I read up on something called SS+GOMAD but im not sure what it is. This guy has inspired me and I found his program to be really nice. So guys what do you think? my goals are to become ripped to a point where my abs show without me flexing. any help or tips?
