Not a clue, I think I spent like $800 last weekend at Costco/Whole Foods for a chit ton more food than this, but that will last me most of the month aside from smaller trips for fresh fruits/veggies.

That's what happens when you buy organic small packs of 1-2 chicken breasts at a time. Shiit is routinely $1.99 per pound at Walmart, I just buy that shiit.

They come 2 breasts per bag, but its like 6 bags per pack, so 12 breasts. Then you can toss them in the freezer and pull out whatever you want to dethaw on the regular.

Wife is a hippie Science teacher, and I have auto immune issues that are intestinally triggered. Feel a lot better after switching to organic and eliminating a bunch of stuff I can't process well. Not that everyone does, but it's worth it to feel better for me. I was also able to get off meds, so it isn't really costing me anything to buy better food.

I would have told myself the same thing a few years back, so I feel ya mane.
