HIIT training & weight's.. good or bad idea?

I was just wondering if it would be a good idea to do HIIT cardio after or before weight's or should it be left to a different day? What are you're thought's on this and what type of cardio would you do to burn some fat but not lose too much muscle in the process.

If you wonna do some HIIT Cardio then you should ALWAYS do it AFTER a workout never before, because your body will already be tired from the Cardio session (Lowering your Glycogen levels) then you will be tired for your actual workout and will end up not lifting as much or getting tired quickly.

If you're on a tight schedule then do your cardio after your workout but if you have time I'd recommend doing cardio on seperate days but it depends on your schedule and time.

Rome wasn't built in a day and neither is a first class body.
