either follow a strength program, or do BB splits. you don't be able to do both and get maximum benefits

do a 5x5 or starting strength for a year or two
    gym lifts/competition lifts

    squat ???/650
    bench 545/435
    deadlift 600/601

    Solid advice.

Personally, I modified a StrongLifts 5x5 (2 days), but I'll be doing the actual 3 day routine soon.
    (current/1 year goals)
    Squat - 235/315
    Bench - 215/255
    Deadlift - 335/430

I realize that, but what I meant to say was that I only train 2 times a week - not 3, which I plan to do on my next go. I also added powercleans.
