    Use of two different brand of Protein in a day

    I want to use Gaspari Nutrition Myofusion Probiotic as a post-workout suplement and Cytosport Muscle Milk as a MRP shake in late afternoon.
    Is it fine to use this combination ?

    If not then want to know about better option for MRP shake.

    there's nothing wrong with using different brands of protein during the same day

    if you are looking for a meal replacement powder, I like Universal Pro & Oats or Controlled Labs Gold Feast

    protein bars are also good meal replacement options if you want something convenient and pre-made...VPX Zero Impact bars are the best in my opinion

    That is perfectly fine. You can mix up any brand with any brand. No big deal.

    Protein is only powder food. It's completely fine you take 2, 3 or 4 different type of proteins a day. As long as it fits your macros for the day.
