bench bb press 3sets 12reps 10reps 8reps (increasing weight by 20lbs)
flat dumbell press 3sets 12reps 10reps 8reps (increasing weight by 20lbs)
incline bb press 3sets 12reps 10reps 8reps (increasing weight by 20lbs)
flat dumbell flyes 3sets 12reps 10reps 8reps (increasing weight by 20lbs)
pullover 3sets 12reps 10reps 8reps (increasing weight by 20lbs)

will i gain mass with this program? pls rate it. . .
