Goldbrah, sounds like you know more Latin than I do.
The only Latin I know is used during Mass.

Ah ok. Ecclesiastical is closer to Vulgar (common) Latin than Classical. I know that much.
Yeah, I'll not step into the R/P section. Way too much lunacy in there. Seems like the left and Catholic-bashers live there. I rather go to a cattle feedlot than wander into that section.

Agreed, it always seems to me that the people who yell most loudly about religion are against it, which makes very little sense to me. Oh well.

http://www.wnd.com/2013/04/americans...-the-millions/
It's an interesting article that I just finished reading since I can't fall asleep.
Basically, it talks about how the number of Americans "snapping" and needing psychotropic drugs is related to the amount of stress in people's lives (duh). It further compares all of the Second Amendment bashing to a sideshow to attack what many Americans have believed as fundamental as a way to cause stress. The current administration is trying to fundamentally shift the U.S. economy and way of life from one of a free-market capitalist society to one of a socialist/wealth-redistribution society.
There's more to it, but I'm going to try my hand at sleep one more time.*MFC Illuminati*

What pisses me off is that some of these "doctors" are blaming behavior on ADD/ADHD. These disorders are being used as scapegoats instead of people taking responsibility for their actions. With kids doped up more than heroin addicts, it's making my head spin.
Hell, I remember the lies on my own school psychiatric records. I swear two public school districts were using people like me to get "free" money from the federal government.

Yeah I remember hearing about it when it happened. Sad stuff. The book was great.
I'm on spread with you too haha. Story of my life with the MFC.
That was an interesting post, thanks for the link. On spread with you too rofl.
NV as in NVGs/NODs? Nice to see the 512 cheaper than the 552.
What Aimpoints do you (and the rest of you guys) use? I used a 68 in BCT and didn't like it at all. We all had ACOGs in my unit and I loved them but the price is just not practical for me, at least right now. I'm trying to keep this reflex at or around 500 and knew the Eotechs were there. I figured since they are so popular they are pretty reliable. I guess I just have to try one out to see for myself.Misc Firearms Crew

The major problem today is the amount of psychotic drugs that are being prescribed to young people. If any large corporations are to blame for mass shootings, its drug companies, Doctors are given so many incentives to prescribe as much medicine as they possibly can, so they diagnose every kid with a bullchit disorder. So many crazies that do **** like shootings can be tied to taking anxiety, depression, ect drugs. Someone posted a link somewhere a couple months ago showing this.

I really like my eotech. The ring makes it super easy to acquire targets quickly. The only downside is the Aimpoint battery life shts all over the Eotech. I also have never used an Aimpoint so my pov is one sided. One of my friends is getting an Aimpoint pro so I can't wait to try it out. Sounds like there is alot of Aimpoint love round here so who knows, maybe I'll make the switch when I actually get to check it out, but I'm happy with the eotech and don't forsee that changing.

I'm posting from my iPotato as well, I know your pain.
Budget isn't an issue, but at the same time I don't want to pay for a feature I won't appreciate, I'm still fairly new to ARs, so I'm looking to build a quality rifle but still pretty basic.
Maybe I should just get this (http://www.bravocompanyusa.com/mobil...ult.aspx#P1274) so that I can pick out a rail/hand guard on my own as opposed to the combo packs BravoCompany has up??You can cheat Death a thousand times... but Death only has to win once

Link doesn't take me anywhere guessing because it's a mobile link, but yea sounds like bcm is where u wanna be, good prices great quality.
Edit:the combo uppers that already come with rails are usually pretty good deals since they come with lo pro gas blocks and they save you the work of doing it yourself unless that's something your wanting to do************************MISC Firearms Crew*************************

if you don't mind waiting you can probably save a lot of money since prices are going down while availability is going up
if you have to have it right now then consider this:
http://www.riflegear.com/p-1969-dani...oup-v7-lw.aspx
then again, the price isn't that great so idkpr's:
deadliftin: 475
benchin: 325
squatin (parallel): 415
squatin (below parallel): 385
incline dumbbell press: 115*8
front squat: 315
power clean: 260
