This seems like more than a bcaa product. Bcaa products usually just contain what the title says "bcaa's" but this one has more than bcaa's, it has a combination of muscle destorying, recovery and endurance products that will surely help muscle grow harder and better. Of course it isn't just drinking this product, i will be working out like i am preparing for war. Like i am preparing for something un real, like something out of the jungle thats been stranded and stuck there for days. Trying to survive, trying to get through every piece of iron and exercise thrown in my way. I call this power motivation, passion, but it's more than that because it's continious and motivation doesn't stay the same all the time. When I pack on the plates to the barbell, I expect my self to push past my limits, past what is called the comfort zone, it's something words cannot describe because when you get past this zone of pain, grunting, it beings to become something else. I might seem like an animal, or I might seem like I am just on rage. Call me whatever comes to mind, I will become the best of me, and there's no weight that I won't be able to get past. So pack on the iron and MIX UP THE FORMUTECH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YAH! YAKUZA! SHOUT OUT TO YA! Thank you yakuzastyle for this opportunity to try out your latest bcaa product. It seems to be more than that as i mentioned already. What really catchs my attention is the COP, creatinol o phosphate. I always thought tihs was a creatine, and i've seen this ingredient before and i've used it while i was using NO shotgun because that is one of the ingredients in there. I always noticed increased soreness when I took noshotgun and it should have been due to this ingredient which i didn't realize until I recieved this product and really researched every single ingredient in there.
I wont explain waht it contains because it's better for you to research your self or ask the questions if your really that interestsd, this is more of a log and review. It will be focused on the results and the effectiveness of this product.
About me, I am all about Intensly high intensity, I will take 90 seconds at most to regain my strength during the big lifts. Any longer and i will just be smashing down wals waiting because i've never been a fan of taking the breaks. I love menzler's principal of Pre exhaust and high intensity, and also Joe weider (RIP to both of these legendery bodybuilders) preached about pre exhausting. I love all kinds of methods to be mixed into my workout. It's hard for me to plan ahead of time because stuff can happen in my daily life that can interfer with the timing of the workout and the length of it. So i will be posting the workouts after it's been done. I used to do chest /tri, back bi, shoulders legs with 1 day inbetween chest and back, and 2 days before legs. And 2 days after legs. Now i switched to :
Day one: Chest Back
Day Two: Off/cardio
Day three: arms
Day 4: off
Day 5: Legs shoulders
day 6: off
day 7 off/cardio
(maybe off again after day 7 depending on recovery )
This has been working like crazy for me, and having a arms day really gave my triceps a fuller and stronger look as it has been my weakest point in my body. Biceps being the strongest compared to the triceps (which is weird i know)
So i will be starting the log when my next work out is, i'll be around for questions and answers :PP
Thanks to anyone who's reading this, ENJOY!!!!!!!!!

MY BAD!!!! I Forgot the dragons, i mean i forgot the right section. I don't think dragons would help my recovery, maybe wit the burn. You think butterflies would make this a little less intense because its getting too intense for intensity.
