Foods to help hit fat #s

Starting a bulk phase monday, I'm currently 5'10 155 lbs, looking to bulk pretty hard. I've never really done this, so eating all this food will be new to me. I plan to prepare my diet for all meals except dinner to fairly constant from day to day. Dinner will likely vary as the wife cooks, but we typically eat a lot of lean meats and vegetables. Because of this, and because of my prior eating habits, I'm having a hard time hitting my fat macro. Numbers are as follows:

    5'10 155, ~12% body fat.
1,975 maintenance, plan to take in ~2,350
    183g protein
    105 g fat
    172 g carb

Not having a difficult time with protein and carb, but fat is a different story. What are some relatively convenient, quick-to-eat foods that I can throw in throughout the day to help hit my fat #s?

Why not start by eating fatty cuts of meat?

    My staple fat sources = Full fat cheese/cottage cheese/pork/red meat/eggs/peanut butter/dark chocolate/coconut oil/butter.

Eggs imo are a great way to smash fat macros. I eat 3-6 a day. Get GREAT micros, good amount of protein, and high amount of fat. 6 large eggs (normally) = 6 carb/36g protein/30g fat, cooked in some butter or coconut oil with some full fat cheese and bam that could easily be 50g of fat in one meal.

OP: Why not apply common sense?

You are not consuming sufficient dietary fat.

You consume meats, but deliberately have the fat removed from said meats.

If you're lacking a specific nutrient, why would you remove that nutrient from the foods you're eating?

I agree, that would make the most sense. Unfortunately, my wife has different dietary goals than I, and I would like to meet her halfway at dinner time since that is the 1 meal a day we consume together. So, just looking for some other quick, convenient foods that i can shove in my pie-hole during other 4-5 meals that will help me hit my fat #s.

Why are you eating so frequently?

    Anyway, consume fatty foods. Seriously.

Eggs, bacon, fatty fish, fatty meat, full fat cheese, nuts, drench your salad in olive oil, etc.

I am going to try. It's just going to take a different mindset that I am used to. I've always trained under the assumption that getting leaner and eating 'clean' would get me where I want to be. Turns out I've been wrong all this time...

Almost invariably, when someone uses the term "clean" food or eating "clean", it means that they don't understand even the most basic aspects about nutrition. And as a result, most of the folks that claim "clean" diets suffer from malnutrition.

Once you learn the basics about nutrition, you free yourself from arbitrary food restrictions and malnutrition.
