    Thumbs up Urgent Split Help Please?

    Hi I need some help with my split. I no there is a workout thread but no one replies and I've posted on the nutrition thread before and many people helped out. Ok so I was wondering what kind of split I should do. I've done the 5 day split each muscle a day for a year and a half. But I've notied that my chest and biceps are really lagging behind. My legs,shoulders,triceps and back are growing well. My shoulders and triceps and legs grow fast because of genetics. So should I hit chest and biceps twice a week. Specifically my lower chest and the gap at the bottom are weak. My lower chest have no cut so it just goes flat but my upper chest is doing ok. My bicep is just generally small in bulk but my triceps are a lot bigger so it looks weird. So please any help on split, reps, exercises would be much appreciated.
