Creatine shelf life

Hey guys,

I got some mono creatine in November last year. Used it till about January then stopped for various reasons. I'd like to get back on to it. How long is the shelf life of creatine? If its still ok now, it would still take me quite a few months to use it up. Theres lots left.

Stored well and not a rock, it should be fine.

even a lil bit of humidity can make it compact..

As far as expiry date, ive taken quite a few suppls after 6months of expiry date, also compacted and expired creatine, still works.

I got some mono creatine in November last year...

shelf life is at least three years. I have no idea how long that was sitting on the shelf before you used it. look at the expiration on the tub. if it is close, creatine is cheap now a days so just buy more.

I heard its good for a long time if stored well. I recently finished a 1+ year old expired tub.

If in doubt about date, you can always just buy another bottle, its fairly cheap.
