Optimal Stack and Sytropin, is it legit?

So I had a "sponsored" post in my ******** feed that linked to the following article.

It's talking about how awesome Optimal Stack and Sytropin supposedly are. Of course, there's a link to get it "free" from them, with you just paying the shipping, and fine print that says you'll get charged a lot, every month, unless you cancel.

Has anyone here used this stuff? Does it work like they claim? Is there a better place to buy it from that won't charge a fortune and keep automatically charging me?
