Went to my nephews end of year play, pretty cute stuff for first graders, he picked zaxbys later so I manned up and found the Buffolo wings, they were bleh.
In other news, my weight was 230.8 this morning. Excellent considering just how much I ate at Ohio this weekend.Myfitnesspal Cowmustard

With some good old fiber thrown in.
Achoo got me started on these high fiber wraps awhile back, with some low carb peanut butter and high fiber fruit preserve I got a pbj sandwich with only 5 carbs(20 if I count fiber)
Dads in town, bad eating weekend starts now. Hitting the routine Monday like whoa.Myfitnesspal Cowmustard

I really have to find some of the low carb high fiber wraps. A PB&J wrap would really hit the spot most nights. Where do you get yours from? Looked in a few places like walmart, food lion, and piggly wiggly... no luck so far. All they have are the plain versions. Looks like you are doing some good work here and making progress. Congrats on getting the AC fixed, I went to college in GA and grew up in FL... It is hot now and only getting hotter and more humid.

I saw a picture in achooooooooo's thread of wall mart low carb tortilla wraps! Apparently they just net a shed load of fibre. I'm in same boat as you, i WISH there were some low carb wraps going about, lunchtime i'm having tuna salad every day, but ocassionaly i need to mix that up!
Looking good in here though.. bad weekends are something i've got coming up - 2 weddings and my girlfriends birthday in next 3 weeks - you jsut have to muscle through and try make it as good as possible, then just smash the gym up hard come the monday!
