Tips for sumo puller: watch dave tate and ben rice's video on how to sumo deadlift tutorial
Work on strengthening your posterior chain (mostly hips) and power off the floor... my favorite assistance exercises are GHR, deficit speed pulls, and snatch grip deads
Ghr i do higher reps like 12-15, deficit pulls ill do no more then 3 reps, sometimes heavy, sometimes just explosive, and snatch grip deads ill normally do after my heavy top set of deads with sets of 5-8
