I have been cutting for 8 weeks at an deficit of 800-1000 calories a day and since I started I had not had a single cheat meal or re-feed.
This day was not planned but I am a part time actor and got a day on set so unlimited food and many non healthy options to say the least. I did not plan to give in to my urges but my stomach got the better of me and went on a rampage eating around 10,000 calories. lol
Overnight I went from 181.6- 192.3 which obviously is a lot of water weight. The following two days I felt like absolute ****. Incredibly bloated, stomach was pissed off, and horrible gas! However I had excessive energy at the gym and had an amazing workout along with 2 hours on the treadmill. I was also still full the following day that I only ate 1100 calories and was still full!
I went right back on my macros with a deficit of 1000 calories per day. This was 4 days ago and since then I have dropped from the high of 192.3 down to sub 180 so I am actually lighter than when I started to this day kick started my metabolism again. Both mentally and physically I feel better than before and it did not seem to cost me more than a couple days off amazing workouts.
Definitely do not recommend doing this to this extent at all just sharing my experience and showing that cheat days, though hopefully not as excessive as mine, can be a huge tool in your cut!

One in a great GREAT while I go on a truly epic cheat binge myself as I tend to have a massive sweet-tooth that cannot be satiated. I have similar results the days after as you OP, although I tend to feel like garbage mentally more so than physically.

Haha this is a old bump I didn't expect lol.
10 pounds of food easy bro! Keep in mind when you have carbs your body retains water and i often drink 10 liters of water a day which in itself is 22 pounds of water not including food.
And am I famous?
Nah I have had some roles and I have my best role coming up. Pretty excited for that but you wouldn't know who I am at this point.
Focuses more on getting into Policing and traveling.

I don't see the benefit to eating 10k calories unless you really want to gain body fat...

So does this count as the yearly bump for this thread? 2013, 2014, and now 2015. I wonder if it will happen again next year around this time.
Was 280+ at the beginning of 2019 (highest recorded weight is 290 on Dec 13, 2018).

If you've been on a long standing deficit, you have a large 'buffer zone' to work with when it comes to cheating since your muscles and liver are low on glycogen/sugar because of the dieting. Food consumed will be used to fill that void before you starting gaining fat, which really happens when all your storage tanks are at full.

I did this this weekend - but not sure I had 10k calories.
Anyway, I spanned it over a weekend. Like a PP, I also have a HUGE sweet tooth. I started with:
- Chocolate chip cookies
- Black and white cookies
- an Entenmann's donut
- Girl Scout cookies - Tagalogs and Samoas
The next day:
- French Toast Crunch (about three bowls)
- a ton of chocolate - mini snickers and milky ways
- more chocolate chip cookies
- Slice of pizza
- chips
- Easter pizza
- Sushi
- Hibachi - steak and shrimp (most nutritious meal I'd have all weekend)
- Tri-color cookies (my favorite)
- Little cheesecake bites and assorted pastries
Easter Sunday
- Everything bagel with veggie cream cheese
- Half a cinnamon raisin bagel with a cinnamon cream cheese
- Jelly beans
- Multiple Peanut butter Reese Eggs (best Easter candy ever??)
- Caramel Snickers
- M&M Eggs
- Popcorn
- Carmine's in NYC: about 25% of a family style dish of calamari, fried zucchini, a ton of pasta, and chicken in a brown sauce with mozzarella
- Napoleons and other pastries
Monday
- Bagel
- Ice cream
- Pizza
....I actually threw up all night Sunday into Monday. I felt better on Monday so I finished "strong" but within reason. It's safe to say that 1) I'm back on my cut and ready to go... 2) If I'm gonna cheat, it's gonna be small cheats here and there rather than a huge day or weekend like that again.
I weighed myself Sunday night and I was 171... I was 158 on Friday. I literally ate until I was sick.

Once I went over to a friends house, it was evening and I hadn't eaten all day. It was his little brothers bday party and they had a feast: here's what I ate
Main Meal:
- 3 hot dogs with buns and shredded cheddar on top
- Two bowls of chili
- 3 Bags of Lays potato chips
- Mountain Dew
- 7 HUGE pieces of brownies about the size of my face
- 2 ice cream cups
Later at the house (still hungry):
- 3 fried eggs
- 2 Sausage Links
- 20 tater tots
- Bacon
- Ribs fresh from the grill
Before Bed:
- 2.5 cups birthday cake ice cream
- 10 oz actual cake with frosting
Unsure of total KCALS.
Had to bump

LMAO the hunger is real
I haven't had a true binge day this year, want to try to record a 12,000+ day of eating. I think I could get close to 20k if I use sugary drinks to cheat.
