That's advanced alchemy right there bro!

No seriously though you can't turn fat into muscle or the other way around since both ate two different things. You can build muscle and cut loose fat but for that to work is up to your diet so check out nutrition section.

Check out the nutrition section and get your diet in check, and continue to lift heavy. Good luck man.
You left me with the weight of the world to lift.

I think you got the two confused, i do not think anyone wants to turn muscle into fat haha.
Seriously though as stated 2 different things. The nutrition forum is the most important forum on the website, read the stickies and study them.

So the last thread you asked advice on didn't give you the answer you wanted to hear? The advice you received last time is the advice you need.

If you're looking for a magic bullet, you won't find it.

By the way, Insanity is foo-foo BS. Especially for people your age.

I am glad I read this post, I always thought you can't turn fat into muscle. I know muscle helps burn fat, right?

OP, you're young. You're only 14. Start slow, your body is still growing. By this time next year you could be 6'2. Make this easy for yourself, cut out the "bad" foods like soda, sweets, junk, and replace them with lean meats and greens. This talk of keto and advanced nutrition is great for people about 5 years older than you.

"turning muscle into fat" is over simplifying the process. For football, you need to start running. Conditioning is all you're going to do in high school, and at 5'11" and 260lbs, it won't be easy.

The spirit of the question is "How do I get leaner and gain muscle?" We all know that. Stop ragging on the OP.

Your FAT aint gonna convert to Muscle, it can't physically happen. What you can do is put together a solid workout program focusing on heavy compound movements and 20 mins of cardio after every workout. Go on a raw vegan diet and you'll get dem gainzz and a ****load of sugar walls! Good luck dude!

big05255: Your 14 years old forget most supplements and learn to eat right. Only supplements right now should be a good multi vitam, fish oil, joint support and protien powder. The protien powder is used only if you can't get enough food intake.
As far as lifting goes, get mark ripptoes starting stregth, you can also veiw videos on youtube of how to do his lifts correctly. After you platue on marks program move to DeFrancos program.
I know there are other programs out there but I have yet to find one that is equal to Mark's for the beginner or person who needs form correction. As far as DeFrancos program I like the structer of it there are other programs out there so keep an open mind and find one you like once yuor done with MArk's.
