fitness magazines are a joke and always have been. Personal trainers I dont even know why people need them. Its not that hard to learn how to workout and just do it. The gym tourist are the worst though the people who really get into working out all of the sudden and take up space in the gym but they usually burn themselves out and stop before 6 months is up.

***YOUTUBE CHANNEL IN NEED OF PROFESSIONAL HATERS***
Good point Bunk... if any of you guys need someone to hate on why not hate on me? I have a like to dislike ratio of about 100:1 in my youtube videos so I could use some more haters. I talks about cell tech in my videos... am pro flexible dieting/IIFYM... I'm a powerlifter who isn't concerned with his abs currently, I mock people who only care about aesthetics but not the strength to go with it. There is a lot to hate on.

Gyms that are not maintained properly.
No squat rack.
No 2.5lb plates, gaps in between DB sizes, expecting me to progressive overload on 2.5kg's every week (lateral raises and bicep curls of peace).
No clean equipment, I do not want another mans spit and sweat on my hands.
Broken essential equipment.
No rope for rope push downs or face pulls.
Bad gym management.
Personal trainers that want to make their clients sore instead of trigger hypertrophy/strength.
Sales people ripping you off.Last edited by RevengeNerd; 03-27-2013 at 09:54 AM.

-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

Most of the fitness industry is the worst.
Cell tech denial
dietary bro science rustles my jimmies much more than training bro science, provided the training stuff isn't legit dangerous
People taking themselves way too seriously. Talking like they are a spartan warrior because they go to some yuppy gym and lift weights 3 times a week.
People ignoring the important 95% that actually drives progress, while endlessly arguing over minute details in the 5% that has a negligible effect for the vast majority of the population. This is especially true with dietary advice.

PT'ers making clients do the weirdest excerises. If only they knew it really doesn't have to be that difficult.
Just yesterday I saw a guy doing brocurls (bad form, using momentum) while balancing on a bosu ball. Wtf.You might think you chose this, but instead it was destiny that made you into this, it was your fate.

This.
This hypocritical "confidentiality" bullchit is just ridiculous. Everyone KNOWS they take that stuff, yet people here get banned for talking about it... so the alternative is to sweep 50% of what goes in in the BB industry and pretend it doesn't happen for the sake of "modesty" and censorship?
Bahahahahaha.
Idiots.

In after JasonDB.
And came in expecting lots of Ian McCarthy responses... am disappointed. Watched a few of his videos yesterday, that guy is the most pompous, self important, condescending person I have ever heard speak. The way he treats other people is abhorrant and he will regret it later in life. He is a terrible combination of being slightly educated and young enough to think he knows everything.
