Hey guys I'm new to bb.com, and just wanted to see how many calories everyone is eating a day. (State whether you are bulking, cutting, maintenance, plz). I know everybody is different,
My calories 2600, clean bulk
Fats:43g carbs:325g protein:227g

Cutting at 3200 but getting ready to bulk at around 4500.

Mine are a bit skewed because testing some stuff with my blood work so lowering fat to 60-75g.
Cutting
No cheat meals 2700 cals around 300 pro, 200c, 70 fats.
Cheats during week I am for 200p and just eat. Prob 4-5k cals but Sunday, watch out, 8-10k!!! I have a cheat meal on Sat and 1-2 on Sundays right now.Used to be fat, now just fat with a lot of muscle.

Cutting 3,000ish cals
At least below
Protein 200 grams
Fat 80 grams
Carbs dunno as long as i hit my protein and fat, the rest of the 3,000 s split between carbs, fat and protein.
Weights 6 days per week(each body part twice a week)
20 mins interval training 4 days a week(1 min fast, 1 min slow)
4-5 days at night time 3k slow(warm up and warm down) and 10 3 min rounds of shadow boxing
