    Smile How many calories are you eating a day?

    Hey guys I'm new to bb.com, and just wanted to see how many calories everyone is eating a day. (State whether you are bulking, cutting, maintenance, plz). I know everybody is different,
    My calories 2600, clean bulk
    Fats:43g carbs:325g protein:227g

    134pounds, 2500 calories (70f, 110p, 360c) BULKING AND STILL NOT GAINING FML. Should be increasing cals to 2700 by the end of this week.

    Macros are always pretty wide ranges with minimums, I don't believe in specific macro targets to hit every day.
    My daily macros:
    Minimum carbs = 200 grams
    Minimum protein = 120 grams
    Minimum fats = 50 grams

    177 lbs, clean bulk, 2700 cals. I don't pay much attention to my macros other than protein. I get around 130-180g a day. I eat plenty of nuts and legumes, so my fat, carb, and fiber needs are covered.

    I thought I was bulking at 3,350 a day... But after an initial weight gain in week one my weight has gone down about .6 pounds in the last two weeks... Looks like I'll be upping it if this trend continues.

    Mine are a bit skewed because testing some stuff with my blood work so lowering fat to 60-75g.

    Cutting
    No cheat meals 2700 cals around 300 pro, 200c, 70 fats.
    Cheats during week I am for 200p and just eat. Prob 4-5k cals but Sunday, watch out, 8-10k!!! I have a cheat meal on Sat and 1-2 on Sundays right now.
    Used to be fat, now just fat with a lot of muscle.

    4-5 days at night time 3k slow(warm up and warm down) and 10 3 min rounds of shadow boxing
