I recently singed my contract for the Air National Guard. I will be shipping out in a few months. I am getting in the best possible shape before heading off. My goals include running a 11 minute 1.5 mile, 65 pushups in 60 seconds, 70 situps in 60 seconds 20 pull ups in 60 seconds, and to drop 15 pounds. I am currently 195- 6 foot
Other goals I have include doing the 60-day insanity program and keeping as much strength while dropping bodyfat.
I have tried many pre-workouts and I believe I can give a solid review and comparison. My most recent pre's that I have used were Craze, ECA, jack3d, C4, Maximize and some samples of others.
I would like you guys on ******** but I deleted my account a few weeks ago, sorry!
Thanks for you consideration.

- I'm currently training for my first marathon (see current iForce Compete log [this will be complete by weeks end]). My longest run to date is 14 miles. I'm working up to a couple 20 mile, and one 22 mile training runs before the actual 26.2 mile marathon. My goals would be to keep my upper body strength, while increasing my lower body enduance. I just ran a 7k in 30:48 (7:05 mile pace), so another goal would be to beat that pace in my upcoming training races.
- I'm looking to UnCut for increased focus and energy. With how much running I'm doing (averaging ~6 miles per day), I could use the extra boost UnCut looks to provide.

Nice promo, not gonna enter, 'bout to start another log, but nugget sent me a sample bottle a while ago, been experimenting with it off and on. At first I wasn't sure of my opinion of it, but it's turning out to be quite nice (at 3 caps). Gonna test it against the new Game Day this weekend (I have some samples of that, of which I've used a couple). Gonna do 3 caps of Uncut on Saturday, then a full serving of Game Day on Sunday and see which one comes out on top. There will be other comparisons made as well in the next couple weeks.

Insanity is great HIIT. Did 2 rounds back to back.
It was the opposite for me.
96 eh? So you would've picked on my freshman arse.
Can't wait to see what you think about a full dosage. It's more of a smooth energy vs a kick in the butt. I notice it when training in the morning w/ a few hours of sleep.Ivanko Barbell Crew #61

I am on the same situation, working out to do the spartans race beast run in june ( did it last year) I want to beat my time, and I will also do my first half marathon in September ! Hopefully Uncut could help me decrease my running time and keep on the strenght on the weight training. I am to drop 10 pounds for my run.TRAIN HARD...LIFE IS SHORT !

I'd love to apply for this opportunity. Here is a little background on myself:
I definitely take my training & nutrition about as serious as you can get. To me, if both aren't running concurrently and if both aren't up to par, you'll never make the kind of gains that you are truly capable of. I'm consistently hitting the gym all 7 days per week first thing each morning. Fitness has definitely become a lifestyle for me and I really take every aspect of it seriously. While I don't ever plan to compete, I see everyday as a competition to be better than I was the day before. And that continues to motivate me and keep me driven to go out each day and give it my all.
My goals are to continue to push my body to its limits and to continue to work on transforming my physique. For me, I'm not out striving to simply add as much size as I can just to say I did it. I'm at about 180lbs and I love how I feel at this weight. So now at this point, it's all about taking where I'm at and continuing to try and "tighten up" what I have. I try to maintain my look all year round, so I personally don't go through big bulking and cutting cycles throughout the year. But instead, I just try to implement little tweaks along the way to get the most out of my body and keep a shredded look all year long.
I've been training since I was in high school which was about 10 years ago. However, training back then was quite different than what it is now. And by that I mean I had no idea what I was doing all those years ago. I loved the feeling of training, but it was a lot of "going through the motions" and I certainly wasn't eating the right way to make noticable gains along the way. But over the last few years, I've stepped up my efforts and the amount of research that I've done to try and take full advantage of what I'm capable of. I've radically altered my diet, I've focused on training safely instead of with an ego, and I make sure that I'm taking the necessary steps to recover so that I can get back out there the following day.
So while I make sure to train smart each day, I do still have some goals of hitting some new PR's along the way. And at the top of that list is upping my deadlift PR. I've noticed that this lift has really helped improve my other lifts and if I can continue to slowly build up my max on this exercise, I'm hoping that it'll continue to translate into better results in my other lifts.
I really like how you can tailor your dosing of Uncut depending upon your workout for that day. For my really intense days, I may go with the full 3 capsule dosing and on some of my other days, perhaps 2 will suffice. Plus, I really like how Uncut is in pill form which will make for a new way for me to take my pre-workout as all of the others I have tried have been in a powdered version.
I also want to mention that I have "liked" the AppNut ******** page and will throw up a comment with my bb.com username on the wall.
Thanks go out to obey46 and AppNut for this awesome opportunity!!
