So I am an underweight 16 year old kid. Im 5'8" and weigh 130 pounds. I work ut around 3 days a week. I really wanted to out on around 10-15 pounds for the summer because right now im very boney and I would like for it to be mostly muscle and not too much fat. I heard about GOMAD but im afraid of putting on a lot of fat and not being able to lose it. I have a really high metabolism so its hard for me to put on weight. Any ideas? Thanks!

Don't do gomad. Gallon a day is way too much.
You can start of drinking a quart a day with your meals. Then you can go up to half a gallon. You should never go to the full gallon.
I drink about half a gallon of milk spread through out the day with my meals when bulking and it works well.
Main thing is you need to eat much more food.
