I wanted to see if anyone could explain and tell me if it’s a good idea to include amino acids in my diet because as of now I’m just taking protein shake and no amino acids is it a bad idea to take both at different times ?

Taking both Protein and Aminos at the same time is not necessary.
It is actually counter-productive.
As stated above, if your Protein intake is good, you will not need additional Aminos/BCAA.
You need about 1g/lbs of your body weight.
If you still want to look at some BCAA, take a look at Scivation.
The Blood Orange is out of this world.
The Grape is also amazing.

Like everyone is saying, Protein shakes come with amino acids and most include a nice dose of BCAA's as well. However if you can afford them they're good to have around, especially when in a calorie deficit. If anything, add in some Glutamine. Turns immune system into a beast and good for the gut too.

Food and if you are using a protein shake you will be fine. The only time to consider adding in BCAA's is if you are running in a calorie deficit for long periods of time when you will notice the benefit of them on recovery.
