If i do a Stronglifts 5x5 workout A which is squat, bench and row, and workout B which is squat, OHP, and dead. Can i do something like this?
Monday: workout A
Tuesday: 1 set of hammer pulls to failure
Wednesday: workout B
Thursday: 1 set hammer pulls to failure
Friday: workout A
Will this cause me to over train? And dont neg/OP is a ******* because he is trying to add hypertrophy workouts. Im not trying to add hypertrophy, hence one set, i just fuarking LOVE pullups. I feel like a beast doing them.
