If you got great results in size and strength, WTF would you stop doing the routine?

Unless it is obvious to anyone who isn't blind that you lift weights, you might still benefit from a little more attention to big basic barbell exercises for enough reps:).

Any program that has you switching up a whole routine in 6 weeks is a gimmick. IMO. The only thing I would change is the amount of weight your lifting. Add to it!!! In fact I would get on a real routine that focuses on your whole body. Nothing funnier looking than a guy with big ass arms and nothing else.
I am still on the same program I started 8 months ago... set 6 PR's yesterday.

Yeah, definitely stick with a routine as long as it is giving you results.
If you are looking for some exercises you can mix in, one exercise I love for increasing my strength in bicep curls is the seated barbell curl. It gives you great constant contraction in the bicep muscle and you usually can handle more weight due to the slightly limited ROM. Use it to supplement bicep movements with full ROM and you should get some good gains.Muscles For Marriage: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=166041651

Got a log? Just wonderin bout this whole body routine. The arm routine doesn't require changin in 6 wks. It was MY impression that I should change it up. I work out 5-6 days a wk. Not like I just do arms. Different routines for different body parts. Nowhere near a pro, still learnin. Would definitely look into a whole body program.

On the one hand, we have people who don't train progressively(adding weight regularly), and are doing the same bollocks for years. And they wonder why they don't progress. The reason is they are not increasing the weight. If you are using about the same weight next year, for the same big exercises, for the same rep range, how the hell can you expect more muscle?
On the other hand, we have people who make great progress, and want to sabotage that by "changing it up". So they stop doing something that was working great, WTF?Beginners:
