Well I'd say that gaining fat would cause your belly to loosen even more. However if you just want the appearance of looseness, perhaps you just stand up and jiggle yourself around. I'm sure it will look very loose then.

greens are great (broccoli, vegetables, salads). You have to exercise everyday.(walk, run, treadmill, lift ) Throw in some situps too. Start out doing what you can. Like 30 or 40 a day and move onto more in a couple of weeks or whatever your comfort level is and watch what you eat, never eat before bed and eat less fatty foods especially pizza and sweets (cut them out entirely).

First thing in the morning drink 1 cup of warm water with lemon.Drink lots of water throughout the day and with all meals.Eat mostly lean protein & limit bad carbohydrates (absolutely no chips, popcorn, cookies, cake etc.Eat low fat dairy products such as plain yogurt, cottage cheese, skim milk. This is better.

If you are motivated and dedicated, a KETO diet will enable you to lose it pretty quickly...but you can also gain it back real quick if you aren't careful. To burn the most calories per hour, combine cardio with weight training. Do a set of weight lifting and then go immediately to treadmill, elliptical, etc then go back to weight training.
This burns a significant amount of calories faster than cardio or weightlifting alone. Kind of same concept with insanity and P90x from what I have heard though I haven't ever done those workouts.

Nocturnal Pizza Abstention - a serious affliction marked by prolonged periods of depression due to insufficient pepperoni, tangy sauce, gooey cheese and crispy crust intake; zero correlation to LBM:BF% composition. Some subjects report agonizing misery and despair during extended periods of chronic pizza deprivation. No clinical observations of pizza wearing wristwatches or other time-indication devices have ever been noted.

Go for it - completely cut out something that you really like. I made that mistake: I love chocolate (used to eat at least one bar a day for pretty much my entire life), but I went over a week without any a while back. Guess what happened when I finally gave in (we all do, it's human nature). Go ahead, guess. It begins with 'b' and ends with 'inge'.
Now? I eat chocolate if I want it, but not to excessive amounts - I don't even have it every day. The key is moderation, and that applies to everything including pizza.

Cut done with - basically unsuccessful first bulk as I did put on a lot of fat to go with the little muscle I added. I know what I did wrong first time round and won't be repeating it. Looking forwards to being able to eat a few hundred more calories!! At least I know I can cut fat efficiently: went from 143lbs to 120lbs and from 35in to 29in waist.
