i was going up 5lbs every week on the 5x5 bench, obviously going to hit a wall at some point but i've gone down past couple weeks and havent been able to finish last couple sets
im also sore every time i bench it feels like from the previous workout
power on mon, hypertrophy on thursday
should i take some time off from chest copmpletely for a week or so
mix up rep scheme?
5x5 on monday and 3x8-10 on thurs
