Need help creating my work out plan for cutting!

I have always kept my compound lifts before isometric lifts. While cutting, is this good to do? Also, what exercises do you always include during cutting?

    Thanks for your time!

The exact same ones, in the exact same routine I used while training to build muscle.

    Agreed.

You used those exercises to get there, so why wouldn't you continue using them to stay there?

like everyone else, keep the exact same routine. Make sure that you can maintain, or even increase your strength while cutting. loss of strength=loss of muscle mass(generally speaking) although it could be the reduced amount of carbs in your body not being able to provide you energy.

It's already been said, use the same routine that got you size, just fix your diet.

    Isometric lifts? So.... static holds?

    I'm guessing you meant isolations.
