    Are these good to get?

    Im looking for the more cheaper proteins now, so i can afford more than 1 shake a day, been on ON for a while, love it but gonna get this i think and wanted to know everyones opinion? the 2.5kg is cheap as and got plenty of servings

    Just eat more eggs, beef, chicken and etc for protein. Skip out on the Cellmass and save yourself a lot of money.
    Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

    Protein is protein, if you can get a good deal on whey and it's around 80% protein, I'd say go for it.

    If you haven't already gotten the Cell Mass, pick up some sort of monohydrate.

    I've had monohydrate before and i just find it yuck and hard to dissolve and never know what to mix it in and it annoys me! so i was thinking of getting a creatine mixture like Cell Mass and going on it for 2 months then off
