Different highs. Craze is very smooth and not aggressive in the energy department but it's major appeal is the incredible focus, alertness, and the longevity of it (you can easily lose track of time in the gym). If you take Craze and just mentally keep waiting for some kind of in your face energy infusion, you will be disappointed. If you take it and then just focus on your workout, by the time you are done you will realize that you've had a great workout.

Never taken the pill form, but I believe they say it takes longer to hit you. Powder hits you fairly quick.
