As good as this diet is for me i just cant afford it anymore.. the minimum it costs me is around £300 a month, does anybody else have same issue ?

Meat is expensive in the UK
Once you have run it for 2-3 weeks, you can probably slowly reintroduce carbs. Being keto adapted in good for anyone who has been overweight for any length of time but it's a long term change to how your body works so you can bring the carbs back.

Eggs and fatty cuts of meat, both great for keto and relatively cheap....

350g of chicken mixed pieces (100g of protein) cost me £5.32 alone and thats only a 3rd of my daily calories

I keep buying those rotisserie chickens from ASDA, eat 1 every 2 days xD. They're £5.90 each, weigh about 750g. Macros are about (per 100g) 200kcal, 13g fat, 20g prot and 1g CHO. Don't know if that helps you at all

Sorry brahs as brahettes, I didn't realize meat was that expensive in the UK. We are spoiled here I guess....something I shouldn't be taking for granted. :/

I've refined it fairly well, not costing too awful much. I just buy cheese steak frozen beef for meat that I need and try to get protein from other sources and fats from oils.

Please keep in mind that using a HFLC keto protocol would require you to consume ~100 to 125 grams of protein per day and not more than that.

Meat is cheap enuff in the uk go to your local butcher and see if you can get some good deals on cheaper cuts like frying steak. I get a great deal from my butcher on chicken and steak
