    My first cut.

    Going to start my first real cut, I'm going to follow Layne Nortons cuting diet.

    Macros;

    Calories: 2540

    P: 271
    C: 200
    F: 67

    Meal 1(Breakfast and preworkout): 100g oats, 85g bread, 120g chicken. Total of 100g carbs, 53g protein, 13g fat and 762 calories.

    Meal 2(Workout Shake: 2 scoops of whey, 40g maltodextrin. Total of 40g carbs, 47g protein, 3g fat and 381 calories.

    Meal 3(Postworkout): 70g of whole wheat pasta, 180g chicken. Total of 46g carbs, 60g protein, 5g fat and 479 calories.

    Meal 4: 120g chicken, 120g boiled eggs, 9g of omega3/sesamin oil. Total of 48g protein, 24g fat and 414 calories.

    Meal 5: 500g cottagecheese, 10g carbs, 60g protein, 20g fat and 465 calories.

    I will also eat around 150g of veggies spread over the day.

    Supplements: Whey protein, creatine, omega3, multivitamin, sesamin oil, Xtend, Craze and ZMA.

    That looks really good. Don't take advice from me I'm still young but I would say that looks good. I think I'll try something similar when I'm cutting. Thanks for posting haha. Good luck

    Not bad, but fat macros are borderline. With your LBM, you should hit for 70g at least. Other than that, what's your TDEE?

    Up fats and lower carbs. Protein seems a bit borderline high too, I'd probably substitute a bit more fats in at the expense of protein.

    A good ratio is 40/40/20 imho.
