Lol would be so annoying training in the same gym as him ''GROW MUDDAFUKKER UHH, I COMMAND YOU TO GROW UGGHHHH, IM DA BOSS MUDDAFUKKA UUUGGHHHH!!!!!!''.
He says muddafukka every second sentance god dammit. Still interdasting view on overtraining, but then again I guess training arms everyday intensely it would be quite tiring if you were natural, but then again I pretty much train legs everyday and dont get tired.

Why is everyone so quick to assume hes not natty? He trained hard for years and used so weigh a ton. He obviously lost all of that fat now is this was under the fat.
Here is his actual overtraining thoughts which I found motivating

i think what hes saying is true there isnt really such a thing as over training to an extent but more under recovering
