    Exclamation Help With Split Please!

Hey I need some help with choosing a split. Ive done 5 and 4 day splits before but I think this is to much for me right now. Also my chest and biceps are lagging so I want to be able to work them twice a week. So I'm thinking of going into a 3 day split or push/pull. What would you recommend.

If I were you I wouldn't worry so much about working those parts twice a week. Just make sure you're getting your form right and adding a bit of weight each week. Im doing a 4 day split which is chest and triceps, back and biceps, legs and shoulders and traps and a core/cardio day. You could easily put in core with another part and make it 3 days a week. Hope this helped a bit.
