    Unhappy Horrible eating habits!

I lost 65 pounds over the past two years by eating healthy and exercising. Now, I'm starting to snack more and get back into my bad ways. I have been craving carbs like crazy and cannot stop myself from snacking and eating late at night! I feel like I'm losing control. Can anybody give me some advice to get back on track? Thank you!

Depending if it is mental or your body seriously needs it, you can try few things. Refeeds to "stock up" on carbs. Eating more carbs before 3 PM helps me to not crave carbs later in the day. Sticking to "better" versions of carbs. Bottom line, when I simply want to kill for some carby candy, I make something like chocolate protein bars or what ever will taste like what I need but not be so "bad" for me.
I will find a way or make one...

First, congrats on your progress - that is fantastic!

I try to plan my meals around the way I like to eat....and I'm a night munchies girl. What I do is eat small amounts (if anything) earlier in the day so I can fit more in at night. Works for me.

Try protein for meal replacements, it usually does a great job craving hunger!

Are you stats updated? You're sitting at the lowest end of scale for your height? It's not too hard to figure out your calories are too low, which is why you're having so many issues with cravings...

Time to go back up to maintenance or even a bit above for awhile. Sounds like you've been in a long-term deficit and your body is rebelling.
How much are you eating? Macros? How much exercise do you do? How long have you been in a deficit?
