    Question Pounds For Body Fat ???

    Wuts up fellas, I am planning on doing a cutting routine since ive been bulking for about 6 weeks now. I am currently 205 lbs with about 10% bodyfat. My main goal is to reduce my body fat to about 7-8 %. 7% preferbly. About how much weight would u guys think i would lose if i reduced my body fat to about 7-8%. How much weight determines a 1 percent drop in body fat???
