Need help, don't know name of equiptment

I'm thinking about building a gym in my basement and cancelling my gym membership. I need something that can hold an olympic bar for shrugs, rows etc. At the gym they have a platform that you step onto and it has a place for the bar along with those big adjustable bars on the side for safety like in power racks. Anyone familiar with what I'm talking about or have other suggestions? Thanks.

Here's an example of what I'm talking about. It's a Cybex training platform, I searched and can't find any places that sell them, anyone know of one or a similar product?

Not entirely sure what the platform is for, but would something like this work for you? Pretty much the same thing...

Not exactly what you are looking for but sometimes, a Deadlift Platform can be found cheap. I also saw one that has a pad to rest your head on for bent over barbell rows.
