Here is a quick view of what kind of body type I am--
...beginning in July of 2011, growing a bit more into July of 2012, and roughly the same in October of 2012.
--Before: The Before Picture.jpg
These pictures come from anywhere between freshman year in college to October of last year.
Skinny kid all through high school. Ate a lot. Blah blah, you know the drill.
In all of the above pictures the most you would have found me weighing in at was 155lb.
155lb is what I consider to be my "starting weight".
I committed to making health/fitness part of my daily life at the beginning of November 2012.
Currently,
I am approaching the 5-month mark. I roughly followed Steve Cook's "Big Man On Campus: 12-week College Trainer".
Added some of my own tweaks as I went. Got more consistent with diet as of the last 2 months.
173lb today.

Will do, thanks a lot!
You're not the first person to say that. Thanks a lot man, the more I do legs the more the weight will come up!
I understand why you would ask. I have only taken a liking (aka realized the importance) to legs in the past month. I neglected it when starting out and now hate that I did! In the past month though I have had some great leg days and feel confident they will keep improving (and adding weight) over the next month. Thanks for the reply!
Much appreciated!
