How everyone here talks about hard work & dedication & working out every single day & not missing a single workout & dicipline & all that crap.
Yet this website is busy selling suppliments (which may be harmful in the long run) & work out programs claiming '12 week shortcuts/8 week shortcuts' (which will never work) to a muscular, God like physique.
Load of bull****.

No.
It's called "Free Enterprise." Nobody is forcing you to buy anything here, and you're not required to use any training program posted anywhere on this site.
So you can either ignore whatever it is you consider to be "bull****," or you can post elsewhere. Maybe even start your own bodybuilding website.
But good luck keeping it afloat without some form of cash income.

Not sure your being honest about the 12 week shortcuts - they certainly have plans, but when you watch them / read them they tell you who they are for, and tell you to do the best / most you can - none of them claim you can look like the instructor in 12 weeks, it's a easy off the shelve workout/diet plan off the shelf for those that are unsure where to start or what to do - I imagine once immersed they visit the forums, looking for tips and get more involved and tailor make workouts to suit them.

Actually, no, everybody here doesn't say work out every single day.
I think bodybuilding.com does a good job of selling supplements. I've ordered some things from them and the products are competitively priced, they ship VERY quickly. Yes, some supplements are bull**** as you say, but that's life. Prescription drugs are harmful/kill people too, there are no guarantees in life, buyer beware.Qualifying for long drive contest with 328 yard drive

For complete noobs, which a lot of us were starting here, those programs, though flawed, at least give you an outline of what to do and how to approach your time working out. Its up to you to figure out whats best and whats not for you on your own after that.
So while I "wasted" some time, the question is would I be here today had I not taken that time or would I be doing some crap like p90x still?

lol..yeah
My point is the guy comes on here bashing bb.com for selling supps and then bashes everyone in the forums. However, offers nothing useful, at that height and weight, I'd say it's safe to say he looks like a twig, so whatever "program" he's doing isn't working.
All in all, just disappointed with the trolls these days, the lack of creativity is appalling.Lift light until you can lift right
