For the most part I try and stay somewhere between semi-strict and relaxed. I remember to aim for my minimums for protein and not go full retard but that's about it.

I just got back from the Melia in Cayo Coco and went crazy. 3 meals a day + drinks - i piled on the food, deserts etc. I ate like a fat kid.
A typical lunch was BBQ on the beach - Chicken, ribs, lobster and steak. You couldn't see my plate. Than i would go back for round 2!
I went from 170 to 172.5.
Those 2.5 pounds were worth every bite.

I normally just eat 1 meal a day and fill up on alcohol.

I'm going to miami in 2 weeks for 5 days. I plan on eating sensibly, eating near maintenance, and hitting minimums. Ill still be active by hitting the beach and pool. Maybe nice light jog really here. Just looking really forward to unwinding really. I just won't make the mistake I did 2 years ago and binge every chance I got and put on 15 pounds. Moderation is so key

Training-wise, I'll usually just switch to a quasi-FB routine. Nothing specific; I'll just hit 2-3 sets for each major muscle group and call it good.
Nutrition-wise, I've been doing this for so long that I'm kinda just on auto-pilot. About the only thing that changes is the number of meals I'll eat since they tend to be much larger than the way I eat when at home.
I don't really give any of ^^^^this a lot of thought though. Again, I just kind of fall back on my instincts during vacations, and go with the flow.No brain, no gain.

Wife and I enjoy working out, so we generally choose resorts with a good gym facilities.
Love working out hard in the morning and then eating a massive breakfast.
Food wise we eat pretty heathy, but always make sure I enjoy myself as well.
last few holidays I've lost fat. More from R&R and sun than anything else.
