    Can anyone check my diet?

    Got a pretty good diet down: can anyone check my diet macros?

    I'm 6 ft 2.5 inches, 198 pounds, about 20% BF.

    Fat: 78g fat
    Carbs: 248g Carbs
    Calories: 3042 (Activity factor 1.3)
    Protein: 369g Protein

    I'm mostly afraid of too low of calories - but it's hard to bring up without adding any fat!

    I'm looking to do a clean bulk. Some pictures to give you guys a refernece. Is it accurate to say my BF is 20?

    Depending on your TDEE your calories look good. Your protein looks a little high IMO. Personally I would try to eat about 3 grams of protein /kg body weight. The rest I would throw into your carbs. Fats look good.

    but I would say 20% isn't a bad guess on BF, although I'm no expert.

    No. Once you meet your minimum requirements, the balance of your diet is personal preference.

    no, its not bad at all. its tasty, keeps you fuller, and pretty much guarantees with a good lifting program that you will preserve your current muscle.

    could be expensive thou

    rule of thumb is 1g of protein for every pound of LEAN body mass.
