"How do rewards work?
If you meet your Pact, you get a cash reward for each day committed, paid for by those who didn’t get to the gym! Rewards have generally been $0.30 to $0.40 per workout."
miss one workout, pay 5$, then you need like 16 workouts to repay for it lol
no thanks

I find that unethical. I would never "sell" cosmetic work unless the patient brought it up. I always ask them what they feel they want to work on. If they bring it up fine, Ill give them their options. I don't accept my staff pushing procedures either unless it's in the best interest of the patient's health.Controlled Labs Warder

If you are going to whiten, I highly recommend the dentist made at home bleaching trays. I charge like $300-500 for each arch tray, custom made. That's a one time fee. The professional strength gel itself costs like $65-75 for a 2 syringe pack. Now once you are at maintenance, that 2 syringe pack can last you over a year. So basically you pay a bit in the beginning for the custom trays, but as long as you dont let your dog eat them they can last for decades (and act as a retainer to keep teeth in place depending on how its made).
$75 a year is much nicer (and just as good) as in office treatments that cost $500-600 a pop.Controlled Labs Warder

I got one of those trays and about 3 months later I was hit in the mouth by a batted baseball and it no longer fits. I've been too bitter to invest since.
If I get implants will that **** up any chance of whitening that looks right? I have about 5-6 dead teeth after that incident 5 years ago and they're telling me they'll all need to be removed eventually and replacedHowever beautiful the strategy, you should occasionally look at the results - Dr. John Berardi

Crowns, veneers and implant crowns can complicate the matter but you can work around them.
What I normally recommend to patients is to whiten your teeth to the shade you want just prior to implant crowns. Then the implant crowns can be made to match how white you want to bleach your teeth.Last edited by powercage; 04-06-2013 at 11:21 AM.

I like it how Powercage is considerate of his patients when it comes to implants...
Do plastic surgeons tell their patients "I recommend you lose a few/gain some pounds before I give you those "D" boob implants...that way it'll fit your body better"
