Hi there! I have been hitting the gym hard and yesterday I started to do my left oblique and as I was coming up it hurt like h*ll! Any tips on how to nurture it back to health so I can get back to my workouts full fledge??? It hurts to do any kind of twisting motions! I have been taking ibuprofen for swelling and icing for 30 min every 3 to 4 hours any help would be appreciated! Thanks
