Little about me. Im a chicago cop on the nights. Ive been a cop for a few years. Great job I love it!!!!!
Im starting off weighing at 185lbs at 15% b/f. Ill be lifting 5-6 days a week, but work is gonna be a factor so Ill try to aleast make to the gym 4-5 days for sure.
im gonna monitor how it affects the main lifts.

ok so I made it to the gym around 1015. hit the cardio machine for 35 mins then I got into my workout. I did my shoulders I started off with presses.

Day 3 today I felt stronger lifting. My mind was more into the game. I felt like I was getting stonger with every lift!! My sleep is still that same I think I read that someone had weird dreams. Nothing here. My recover has been bump up a notch. So far in 3 day im liking it but lets wait till a week into this. thanks

Day 4. I ended work no court today . I pop a bagie and got to the gym. I felt real good walking in. today is friday which I did cardio and abs this morning. I felt like I was able to run all day. I didnt want it to end. Anybody felt this way doing cardio??? Anyways an hour and 15 mins later I was dripping. I had to change my shirt and then hit the abs machine. Again I felt that feeling again. Did 4 different abs workouts that lasted 45 mins. Messed up. I spent 2 hours at the gym and didnt go a major bodypart if you knoe what I mean. Ill find out ehat happends tomorrow
