I'm 17 in 11th grade. I'm 6'2 and 145 pounds. I skip leg dey and only work upper body and core. I have a weightlifting class at school and work out 90 mins a day. I take one scoop of pump fuel insanity at lunch 45 mins to workout. I usually skip breakfast and take it on an empty stomach. I'm getting stronger but not putting on the weight I want. My metabolism is eating the **** out of anything I try to eat. I've been constantly eating a lot of bread to get my carb intake up. Any supplements you guys suggest. Another thing to mention is I have a ****ing hour glass shaped core that I'm trying to get rid of. I just need some workout routine suggestions as well.

You skip breakfast and yet you think your failure to gain weight is due to your metabolism? Stop skipping breakfast. Wake up 10 minutes earlier and make yourself something to eat.
Also, stop ignoring half of your body.You can't help the hopeless.
