    Need help and ideas

    I'm 17 in 11th grade. I'm 6'2 and 145 pounds. I skip leg dey and only work upper body and core. I have a weightlifting class at school and work out 90 mins a day. I take one scoop of pump fuel insanity at lunch 45 mins to workout. I usually skip breakfast and take it on an empty stomach. I'm getting stronger but not putting on the weight I want. My metabolism is eating the **** out of anything I try to eat. I've been constantly eating a lot of bread to get my carb intake up. Any supplements you guys suggest. Another thing to mention is I have a ****ing hour glass shaped core that I'm trying to get rid of. I just need some workout routine suggestions as well.

    You skip breakfast and yet you think your failure to gain weight is due to your metabolism? Stop skipping breakfast. Wake up 10 minutes earlier and make yourself something to eat.

    Also, stop ignoring half of your body.
    You can't help the hopeless.

    #1 - You are a chronic under eater. How are you going to put on weight skipping meals. You should be eating EXTRA meals/snacks. Not skipping.

    #2 - Don't be dumb. Stop skipping leg workouts.

    I feel like I don't feel the preworkout as much when I eat before it. I could use more than one scoop but like my body can't handle it cause I get anxiety from it sometimes.

    Since I lasted posted this I've been throwing in a sandwich for breakfast and adding legs into my routine. All I can say is they hurt like a mother ****erπŸ˜‚. I used to take true mass by bsn last year and gained like 10 pounds but I'm looking for something more effective.

    1. Stop skipping breakfast
    2. Start training like you should.
