Maybe 13-14%. You need to start lifting heavy there OP. Don't worry too much about your BF yet. Get some size on you first, then start that cut phase.

I'd hazard a guess at somewhere inthe late teens, 17-20, i dont know why people are saying 10-12%! Cheers.

Great progress from what I remember of your prior pictures.

Your body fat is probably in the 18% range, but some folks are stating lower estimates, perhaps, because it can be harder to estimate BF % when lean body mass is low.

Thanks, i take your advice on board. But at the minute, i am still continuing to cut as i am going away in july and want to feel good taking my top of etc while enjoying my self, i want to get to a lower bf% where i dont look to bad.

I am going to start a clean bulk as soon as im comfy where i am bf% wise but dont want to spin my wheels now and start a bulk and then in a months time, decide to cut again because of my holiday in july.
