Its been awhile since I logged. Still been training somewhat. Weight is up to 188lb, which is bad. Front squat is at 285 MAX which is good. Back squat is still at 335 lb.

I really need to start counting calories and watching diet. I'm going to limit my calorie intake to 2100 per day. No excuses.

Been training with an AAU team, so lost decent amount of strength. AT my peak was full squatting 335 x 1... the other day, I managed 295 x 1 and a few sets of 3 x 265, and some 2 x 245 front squats.

Could someone explain how going catabolic works? I think those 3-4 hour bball practices caused me to burn a lot of muscle...

I only ever lose weight when I track my food lol..

3-4 hours would do that man. you're burning sooo many calories. so your body has to break down muscle to use as fuel. if ur not properly carb'd up and eating enough protein.
