hey whats up bro, finally logging again. been busy and i've been so stressed out all year long, bad sleeping order messing with training. According to plans, i should be squatting 350 now @ 160... instead i'm squatting 335 @ 182, lol.

Been training with an AAU team, so lost decent amount of strength. AT my peak was full squatting 335 x 1... the other day, I managed 295 x 1 and a few sets of 3 x 265, and some 2 x 245 front squats.
Could someone explain how going catabolic works? I think those 3-4 hour bball practices caused me to burn a lot of muscle...
