Step 1: Realise that u are special, yes u are. like every chit one this planet. everything has a reason. so u are. Say that every day to your self.
Step 2: Look everyone for 3 seconds in the eyes. Just count slowy to 3 and than look smooth away.
Step 3: Start to realise what u have done, what u are right now, and where u want to be.
Step 4: Start to realise ur dreams.

Ur not self confidend because of ur own lack of self image. u need to realize where u want to be, what u want to be. U need to get the feeling, when everything should turn bad, u still have urself and u need to believe in u that u can manage even those hard times. Ask urself, what kind of situation u already managed, where probably others would have give up? Remember ur strenght.

Honestly man the only way your going to become more confident is to just not give a feck about
anything the majority of time you are just worried about what people think of you
if they don't give a single damn about you, just get out there do what ever, your
confidence will build gradually
