    Angry I hate Wholemeal Pasta

    Hey guys, I cannot stand eating this crap. Bitty horrible bleurgh!

    Anyone got any ideas for a replacement for it?

    Currently im eating 200g of the stuff for lunch but nothing makes it taste nice!

    Any ideas?

    Ok, i will put it into some terms that will make more sense! ( as i didnt even re-read what i wrote!)

    basically i have filled up my diets with all the right macros and so on until it comes to this meal. I require 60g extra of carbs and 240 cals (obvs from the carbs) and this is including eating normal pasta.

    Does anyone have any other suggestions for a good carb source as i have already maxxed out my protein and fat?

    That may make more sense!

    why do you hate it. I can eat couple lbs of it and i love it. Add some spices and little of olive oil and it will taste so much better

    Its the texture man, but hey never tried it with olive oil, tried it with garlic pepper and that didnt go too well!

    The Macro Police don't come to lock you up for stealing some extra P & F. You could fill that 240 cals w/ anything. Have a bowl of cereal.

    Post a list of fourteen carb sources you like. I will print it out, and throw lawn darts at it for you. I am pretty good at lawn darts, I should be able to narrow it down to 7 or so. At this point I will repost the list and you can eat a different one every day for a week.

    Srs OP it's time for you to start posting some things you like to eat.

    Try a different brand, the one I buy is not "bitty" at all, to me the taste is not far from normal pasta

    Thats the thing, i have always been a fussy eater since a child! which is why this new dieting and exercise encourages me to try new foods! (i hope!) I will post tomorrow a List of carbs (do my research) and see what can be done with them to make them interesting!
