Sitting at 175 current at 5' 7". Working my way up to 185lb with a slow bulk but figured I'd post some starting pictures here. I really want to work on arm development cause they are lagging pretty hard.

I don't max all exercises, but i'll give you the most I ever lift for a bunch of exercises.
deadlift (no belt or chalk): 415x1
squat (to 90 or below): 295x2 (as of four months ago, I need to max again cause my weight for 5 rep sets has gone up by 30lb)
leg press (past 90, yes it isn't a real lift): 1100x2
incline DB bench: 95x1 as of a few months ago
decline weighted pushup: 160x1
weighted dip: 125x1
DB shoulder press: 70x2Stack:
Whey
Creatine Mono

You have the same problem as me, from the front arms look fine but from the rear doesn't even look like you lift except your shoulders are looking good. To me i dont care about bi/tri it's all about the shoulder size, thats what gives you bi/tri seperation and ultimately makes you look aesthetic.
If you want your rear double bi to look good you gotta work on peak and peak only also the lateral head of the tricept. Preachers and hammer grip db press.

I had issues gaining weight after 170 as well. I hit 183 by drinking a shake with whey, peanut butter, oats, and olive oil. It was 1600 calories. The weight gain came easily after that.

Not a bad idea. I'm looking to slow bulk so I am not sure about a 1600 calorie jump, but maybe what I'll do (in addition to my diet of over 4000 calories) i'll drink two cups of milk and a scoop of whey before bed (roughly 350 calories).
Any exercise suggestions besides DB shrugs for trap work?Stack:

I superset upright rows with DB shrugs. But the key for the shrugs is to put your shoulders back before you start and go back and up. If you don't feel your traps burning, and getting pumped. Your doing it wrong. I only use 45lb DBs, but with the right form you don't need to be shrugging 250lbs. I think people kind of laugh when they are shrugging twice as much as me, but I laugh at them when they have a non existent upper back.
